Small update on production

Olympus First! The printer says they should be able to finish the books next week. The remaining 6x9's, stickers, bookmarks, button and trading cards are also due to arrive next week. The only one's that could potentially have a delay are the 3D lenticular card(Erin and Patriotika) and the metal cards. The printer gave me an updated estimate of Oct 5th for the metal cards and the other printer estimated October 6th for the lenticular cards.
Once everything arrives my wife and I will be packing everything while I sign the books that need signatures. I will also be sending the cheeky books off to Jeff West for signing. My plan right now is to do 50-100 packages per day, and I will try to mail that many each day or the following day. There is one potential wrench - my landlord has decided not to renew the lease on my apartment so if the items arrive late from the printer, this could run into the packing/moving schedule(Need to move by October 21st) which would cause some delay by a few days. I will make sure to keep everyone updated.
Meanwhile Alé Garza is working on Patriotika #2 and as soon as I have some finished pages(only layouts so far) I will give you guys an advanced peek.
Thanks again to everyone that came by Salt Lake Comic Con! It was great meeting Olympus First in person! You guys were awesome. My next show will be Phoenix Fan Fest in Arizona on Nov 11-12. I'll have some brand new 11x17 metal prints and 6x9 metal prints, the 6x9's sold out in the first hour at Salt Lake!
Digital Extras and Clear Color version have been sent out!

Olympus First, the digital extra rewards have been sent out and the clear color(no text no bubbles) version of the comic too. Only one digital image was missing, which was the Erin and her friends wall paper. The artist this was assigned to had something personal come up, so instead of reassigning it and delaying the release of the digital rewards, I included a wall paper from the AZ Powergirl Cara Nicole photo shoot as Patriotika instead! So now all digital deluxe and higher received one extra digital image from the shoot!
The Mike Debaflo bikini Patriotika art is finished and colored by Ceci De La Cruz and is in the digital extras too.
Sketches and sketch pages have been included as well as some behind the scenes AZ Powergirl Cara Nicole Patriotika photoshoot images.
The 3 chibi stickers everyone with a physical book or higher is getting have arrived and they are great quality, tough, and weather resistant vinyl! Here's a photo:

Olympus First! I just sent out the digital download and digital download deluxe files. Later next week I will be sending the other digital download files such as the no text full color variant of the comic, digital wall papers, photo shoot digital images and more!

This is it my friends, after midnight tonight(September 9th US pacific time) the surveys will be locked down. This means if you did not get your survey turned in your items won't be delivered until after everyone else receives theirs and only after completing the survey. Once I check everything I will send out the digital download to everyone that pledged before the lockdown via backerkit tomorrow(September 10th). Then later next week I will send the digital rewards that are ready, any remaining digital rewards should be ready the following week. Sunday night I will send the totals off to the various printing companies to get everything going that isn't already under way. There's a couple stretch goal arts I am waiting for a couple artists to finish but I am hoping they will be done this week. And everyone who backed during the kickstarter will get some sneak peeks at Patriotka #2 which is currently under way with art by Alé Garza!
Other news:
After everything is set off to the printers I will have some time before it arrives back to me to pack, during which I will be working on the next kickstarter, Valkyrie Saviors #1. Valkyrie Saviors is not set in the same universe as Patriotika because it will have an ending/final issue. I estimate an approximately 8 issue series, unlike Patriotika which I want to have as an ongoing series. I may bring the Valkyries over if there is enough demand once their series is over. Valkyrie Saviors are college students by day, giant valkyrie warriors by night! This series is much more anime inspired, a little more humor and serious moments but still plenty of action and beautiful yet powerful female heroes and villains. It also has inspiration from Norse mythology, Greek mythology and there is some fictional Zodiac mythology. Valkyrie Saviors kickstarter will not start until after I have started shipping the Patriotika #1 books. I have some really amazing artists and cosplayers lined up for it too, including many of the Patriotika #1 stretch goal and main cover artists!

Tomorrow, Sept 9th at midnight I will be locking down the surveys. What this means is your card will be charged for any add ons(no charges if no add ons were made) and many of the items will be removed from the preorder/add on store. If you do your survey after the lock down, your order will arrive at a later time than everyone else.
The items that will be removed are:
The Olympus First metal card in the stretch goal pack. There will be Olympus Legion cards in future kickstarter campaigns unique to each campaign, but this will be the only Olympus First one. The stretch goal pack will remain but the Olympus First card will be removed from it. The Olympus First card will not be reprinted.
The Metal Iron Patriotika cover and Red Hot Chromium cover. These are numbered to 30 instead of 25 for safety reasons(lost or damaged in the mail etc). These will only be available at Comic Cons with Mount Olympus Comics booth/table in the future until they are sold out and will not be reprinted. These are almost completely sold out.
The Hero and Villain Set Limited Gold Edition metal cards. These may return in future kickstarter campaigns(until they run out) and will be available at Comic Cons with a Mount Olympus Comics booth/table.
The original arts. These will only be available from the artists or at Mount Olympus Comics comic con booth/tables in the future. I just received the finished lines from Mike Debaflo, on the way to Ceci De La Cruz for colors. This will become a limited edition signed/numbered Patriotika #2 cover. Check out the sexy art here:
